The silliest ai coding session i have done is reviewing my SaaS subscriptions;

then cloning the usually open source repos to my machine; and letting the model rewire freemium features;

Now not only do i break the chains i also get to add new features i like; Since i use docker based hosting I make an immutable image; A simple image switch on my compose files now lets me cook!

Although permitted under their MIT/eq. licenses, it still is in the gray area. I got disgusted & switched to a simple markdown file for long term hygiene lol.

But in principle, the capabilities are awesome and somewhat democratizing. I am by no means an expert in Rust (of all prog. languages) & I get to do exactly what i want in < 1 hour.

Now what if I chain a deep search output with an autonomous cloud cpu agent like jules that pushes to github/docker for me to experiment. Not sure about new features, but at least upstream drift can be curbed!?? I can essentially do this with low-to-mid tier models, with an occasional frontier based straightening.

Forget features, I can privacy proof most hosted services.
